Counselling and Therapy
In-person, video and phone services for ages 12 and up. Our therapists use a variety of approaches and modalities. Common reasons why clients come to us for therapy include:

About
We are a group of counsellors and therapists that offer therapy and assessment services to individuals of all ages. Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities and create a safe space for you to explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship, and general mental health concerns. Licence: Newfoundland and Labrador / 654
Our therapists are Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) and hold masters degrees in counselling related fields.
